RISE Membership
Membership in the RISE Coalition is open to local governments that are eligible for NCTCOG membership, including cities, counties, school districts, special districts, and other entities in the 16-county NCTCOG region. Local governments who choose to pay the RISE Coalition cost share will be voting members of the RISE Coalition.
