Ethics and integrity are foundational to who we are at NCTCOG. These principles have guided our interactions with our local governments, regional stakeholders, and each other. While NCTCOG continues to transform and improve the quality of life in North Central Texas, our commitment to running an agency rooted in ethics and integrity will never change.
In an effort to meet compliance standards for several of our grants, as well as promote an environment of ethical behavior, a Compliance Program has been created for the Agency.
The reporting portal allows for the submission of concerns regarding fiscal and program issues by employees and the public. This portal is maintained by a third-party vendor. Unless a caller chooses to include contact information, reports are made in complete anonymity. Caller ID is not used and IP addresses cannot be tracked.
