Community Contract Development Assistance
The Solid Waste Community Contract Development Assistance Project (CCDAP) is an effort launched by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) to help communities streamline the process of procuring solid waste management services.
The NCTCOG region is expecting consistent, rapid growth over the coming decades, resulting in an increased demand for these services. The process of procuring solid waste management services can be complex and time-consuming, especially for smaller communities. To address these challenges, NCTCOG has partnered with Burns & McDonnell to develop a document library of resources that all communities can utilize. The document library includes the following:
