Subrecipients/Contractors
North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging relies on contractors to provide in-home services (e.g., homemaker, personal assistance, and respite), case management, residential repair, emergency response, and PEARLS counseling services.
Those who are interested in contract opportunities are encouraged to register with the Texas Purchasing Group. Registrants will receive an email notification whenever NCTCOG issues a contract solicitation.
The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging (NCTAAA) relies on subrecipients to provide nutrition, transportation, caregiver information, caregiver counseling, caregiver training, and instruction and training services. It utilizes a Call for Projects (CfP) process to secure these subrecipients. It is scheduled to release a CfP for nutrition and transportation services in Spring 2029.
The NCTAAA is seeking proposals to provide caregiver information services during Fiscal Year 2027. Applications are due October 19, 2026.
