Metropolitan Transportation Plan

The Metropolitan Transportation Plan acts as a comprehensive blueprint to guide the expenditure of federal and state transportation funds in the Dallas-Fort Worth region for the next 20 years and beyond. The plan recommends projects, programs, and policies that aim to improve quality of life for all residents in the region as part of a continuing, comprehensive, and cooperative planning effort.

The current Metropolitan Transportation Plan, Mobility 2045, was adopted by the Regional Transportation Council on June 14, 2018.
