Surface Transportation Technical Committee
The Surface Transportation Technical Committee (STTC) reviews, comments on, and prepares recommendations regarding surface transportation planning and the funding of transportation improvements in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. The STTC consists of approximately 80 members, predominantly engineers and other technical staff from local entities. The STTC meets on the fourth Friday of each month at the NCTCOG offices.
