Heavy-Duty Vehicles

A majority of on-road mobile emissions are generated from heavy-duty vehicles1.  These vehicles are categorized as vehicles that have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) over 14,000 pounds.

Examples of vehicles over 14,000 pounds GVWR include the following.
