Deep Ellum Parking Study Final Report  

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) performed a study of parking use and management in Deep Ellum in partnership with the Deep Ellum Foundation (DEF) and City of Dallas to improve district parking conditions and efficiency. This study combines data collection, stakeholder feedback, and review of parking management best practices locally and nationally. The report makes eight recommendations aimed at improving parking management at the district level.
