Pavement and Bridge (PM2)
- Percent of Interstate pavements in Good condition
- Percent of Interstate pavements in Poor condition
- Percent of Non-Interstate National Highway System (NHS) pavements in Good condition
- Percent of Non-Interstate National Highway System (NHS) pavements in Poor condition
- Percent of NHS bridges by deck area classified as in Good condition
- Percent of NHS bridges by deck area classified as in Poor condition
Targets are established biennially for these measures as part of a four-year performance period, the second of which began in 2022. NCTCOG took action to support TxDOT's adopted 2024 and 2026 targets for these measures in July 2023, and reaffirmed its support for adjusted 2026 TxDOT targets in March 2025. The Streamlined Project Delivery team coordinates this measure.
