CMP Project Forms

Pursuant to NCTCOG policy, the implementing agency for any capacity expansion project in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) must demonstrate Congestion Management Process (CMP) compliance by submitting the appropriate CMP Project Forms.  For CMP analysis purposes, capacity expansion projects include, but are not limited to, the following projects:  addition of general-purpose lanes, new roadways or frontage roads, and non-safety related grade separations and interchange improvements. Prior to submittal, implementing agencies are strongly encouraged to review the CMP Project Implementation Form Instructions and the CMP Project Forms Workshop Presentation.
