Atmos Lofts mixed-use development is a redeveloped vacant building located in the Harwood Historic District in downtown Dallas. The building was originally designed as the Lone Star Gas Company headquarters.  It is located near the Farmers Market in Dallas and accessible by several DART rail lines.

Located near this development is the Main Street Garden Park that features a dog run and WiFi access. Other points of interest within close proximity include the “Giant Eyeball” sculpture, various restaurants, and Majestic Theater. The nearly 0.2 miles of added pedestrian amenities enhanced walking and biking access from the development to these nearby amenities.

The project cost of $578,357 was funded through public-private partnerships.
