SolSmart 101 Webinar: Streamlining the Solar Permitting Process

This informational webinar presented information on the SolSmart program and SolarAPP+. Project administrators, along with participating entities, shared a comprehensive look at these available resources. 

SolSmart offers free technical assistance to local governments (including cities and counties) to adopt nationally recognized solar best practices, saving staff time and money while maintaining safety.  SolarAPP+ is a free web-based platform that automates solar permitting for local governments and other authorities having jurisdiction to quickly and safely approve standardized rooftop projects.

The intended audience includes, but is not limited to, cities and counties.
