TOD Task Force
The regional Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Task Force was formed in 2013 to provide a forum for local governments and transit agencies to discuss, coordinate, and promote transit-oriented development in the region. The goals of the Task Force include:
- Fostering relationships (including data sharing)
- Maintaining a resources “clearinghouse”
- Providing education and training opportunities
- Encouraging livability, walkability, and multimodal access
- Promoting implementation
The TOD Task Force is primarily intended for transit agencies and cities with existing and future transit stations. For questions regarding the TOD Task Force, please contact Travis Liska at NCTCOG.
