Transit Management and Planning

As our region continues to grow, how and where North Texans need to travel is changing. In coordination with local governments and transportation providers, staff from the North Central Texas Council of Governments collaborate on public transportation planning, funding, and operations.  Together with regional transportation partners, staff identifies opportunities to enhance services and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the current transit system in the region for all transit users, including individuals with lower incomes, individuals with disabilities, and older adults.
