Sustainable Development Funding Program: 2009-2010 Call for Projects

The Regional Transportation Council (RTC) awarded approximately $40 Million for Sustainable Development Infrastructure projects in the nine-county area through the 2009-2010 Sustainable Development Call for Projects in June 2010.

The list of infrastructure projects funded through the 2009-2010 Sustainable Development Call for Projects is below:

  • City of Carrollton – TOD Catalyst Infrastructure Project
  • City of Dallas – Atmos Lofts Mixed-Use
  • City of Dallas – Continental Mixed-Use
  • City of Dallas – Edison/Hi Line Stemmons Rail/Transit Underpass Connection
  • City of Dallas – Lake Highlands TOD Multimodal Connectivity Project
  • City of Dallas – Omni Hotel and Convention Center DART Station Project (Project Paseo)
  • City of Dallas – The Collective
  • City of Dallas – Zang Triangle
  • City of Dallas – Routh Street Underpass-Gateway to Arts District
