Sustainable Development Funding Program: 2005-2006 Call for Projects

Dallas Design DistrictInfrastructure Projects
The Regional Transportation Council (RTC) awarded approximately
$40 Million for Sustainable Development Infrastructure projects in the nine-county area through the 2005-2006 Sustainable Development Call for Projects in April 2006.

The list of infrastructure projects funded through the 2005-2006 Sustainable Development Call for Projects is below:


    Eastern District
 

  • City of Dallas – Cityville at Carlisle
  • City of Dallas – Dallas Design District TIF
  • City of Dallas – Fiji/Compton SD Project
  • City of Dallas – Lake Highlands TOD
  • City of Dallas – Mockingbird Plaza and Midtown/ Central/ University
  • City of Dallas – Woodall Rodgers Cross Street Sidewalk Reconstruction
  • City of Duncanville – Center Street Townhomes and Mixed-Use Planned Development
  • City of Frisco – Frisco SD Project
  • City of Garland –  Transit-Oriented Connectivity Project
  • City of Irving – Las Colinas Urban Center LRT
  • City of Richardson – Centennial Park/Brick Row
  • City of Richardson – Eastside
  • City of Rowlett – Downtown Mixed-Use     Development

 

    Western District

  • City of Arlington – College Town
  • City of Fort Worth – Museum Place Development
  • City of Fort Worth – Trinity Bluff Streetscape
  • City of Fort Worth – West Berry Streetscape
  • City of Fort Worth – West Rosedale Improvements 
  • City of Fort Worth – US 287 Berry Vaughn
  • City of Grapevine –  Fairfield on Main Street TOD
