Vitruvian Park Trail - Town of Addison

The Vitruvian Sustainable Development Project was a mixed-use redevelopment of an aging apartment community. It is located north of Brookhaven College, bounded by Spring Valley Road on the north, Brookhaven College on the south, Marsh Lane on the west, and the town limits on the east. The project has 6,222 residential units, 336,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space, 93,000 sq. ft. of office space, and five acres of open space.

The infrastructure project was funded through the 2009-2010 Sustainable Development Call for Projects. NCTCOG funded $3,672,000 with a local match of $734,400 from the Town of Addison for street construction, pedestrian amenities, traffic signalization, landscaping, and Brookhaven and Redding trail connections.
